Us. We are the seller of record, based in the US, and we hold parts. Claims do not go to a factory form in another timezone.
Is the battery safe?
The pack is declared by the supplier as built to UL 2849. Ask us for the report reference for your batch.
Is “35 miles” real?
It is the manufacturer maximum in ideal conditions. A realistic mixed-assist figure is watt-hours divided by 20.
Can I legally ride it where I live?
Most states use a three-class system and most paths admit Class 1 and 2. Rules differ by city and by park district.
Are you going to disappear?
Our inventory, warehouse address and legal entity are published below. Look us up before you spend anything.
Can I still get parts in two years?
Pads, tubes, tyres, chargers, displays and controllers are what wear out. We stock those and sell them directly.
After the sale
The part most cheap-bike brands leave vague. Ours is written down.
Warranty
Frame, motor, battery, controller and display against manufacturing defects. Wear items and crash damage are not covered; the full list is on every product page.
Returns
30 days, unused, original box. Return shipping is yours unless the bike arrived faulty. Keep the packaging — a bike returned loose will not survive the trip.
Parts
Pads, tubes, tyres, chargers, displays, controllers. Give us the model and serial number; they ship from the same warehouse as the bikes.
